Our ‘Luxury’ Apartment has two large double bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living / Kitchen area. The apartment has spectacular views over the castle, river and town centre. The apartment is beautifully finished and attractively furnished throughout.
Whether you’re visiting Inverness on business or simply visiting the Capital of the Highlands for leisure, all our apartments’ offer comfortable spaces right in the heart of Inverness. Each of our apartments can accommodate 4 guests, with an additional 2 accommodated on a sofa bed.

Apartment
Our Elegant apartment is located on the second floor of our building. The elegant apartment is our largest apartment floor space wise. The kitchen / living area is nice and big and shares the same vies as the other apartments.
The Kitchen / Living room is beautifully light and airy. A fantastic area to enjoy a good book or a bottle of wine with family and friends!

Our Penthouse apartment is spectacular! The views from the 3rd floor really can’t be beaten.
This beautifully refurbished apartment has two large double bedrooms, a modern kitchen and lovely large living room with a unique 'snug window seat' to make the most of the epic view. If you like people watching, this apartment is for you!

The 2 Ness Walk Apartments are situated within an 18th century 'Scottish Baronial Style' town house that has been newly renovated in to 3, 2 bed apartments.

Our apartments are super central and newly refurbished. they each have 2 double bedrooms, modern kitchens and lovely large living rooms with THE MOST spectacular view of Inverness Castle. The apartment is located directly across the river from the Castle and the bustling town centre.
We are just a short walk from many of the fantastic restaurants and bars Inverness has to offer. 5 minutes walk to the train and bus station and all access routes to the airport. You will not find a more central apartment in Inverness! A perfect base to explore Inverness and the Highlands! Loch Ness is a short car or bus journey away, and the majestestic isle of Skye is a day trip away. 2 Ness walk apartments is also a proud member of the North Coast 500 route
